I received this fan in exchange for an honest review however it is taking a while to review it due to various issues. As with many things this item both pros and cons.

What I liked about the fan is that is that it is extremely quiet, even on the 3rd setting (high speed); which is a plus especially when you're watching TV. You can easily use this fan in a bedroom while sleeping, didn't seem to bother the kids and they don't like the noise, this one did not bother them. The fan, on high speed mode, blows air a pretty good distance and you can feel it easily about 12 feet away, but past that it I don't think it does more than circulate the air, because you can't feel it.

I wanted to also note that the display is nice is the digital readout is clear and pretty bright in the display is a decent size so you don't need to wait which was especially nice when my father was visiting and he read it he had no issue reading this display!

It was really no issue to put it together although the instructions left little to be desired and could have been written better. But overall it is a fan and it's not too difficult to figure out.

What I didn't like particularly about the unit is that it was pretty thin and it doesn't seem very stable, there is a strange smell that came from the unit when plugged on at first and I wasn't sure if that was going to wear off or not. It did seem to dissipate after a couple weeks.

Over all I really do like the fan even with its limitations I don't know that it warrants the price tag that it is being sold for however my house is small and I needed something then and taller than the normal fan that can move air around in my living room without taking up much space so for my purposes it's perfect. If you have a large area that you're trying to cool down you would need more than 1.

This is book is a nice read I'd probably rate it middle of the road though. Some key features were that non processed meat substitutes

not that I would eat those but did appreciate the non processed foods, and stresses the importance of whole foods. Most of the recipes

looked and sounded great! I am not a vegetarian but am a lover of veggies! Although the beginning had some nice info it was just a little

lacking in depth. But on the flip side it is simplistic- and that is also an allure for most. Depending on the cookbook I can

go either way, I either prefer a lot of info so I can read about my issue of the day, such as gluten and being non GMO, sometimes

I just want the down and dirty recipe no filler.

Being an author myself I do totally understand how mind blowing and nerve wracking it can be to write your own book. The hours of

and countless passes for spell checks and grammar are so difficult to catch when you don't see them anymore. I suspect this is the case

with this line of books, I am always catching the little errors, albeit they don't bother me.

Would be great if I followed the recipes and all of the regimen and lost weight but alas I did not. My body needs equal protein and

carbs from veggies (it just doesn't get them).

Vines book always explains the benefits of whichever book he is writing even if 'light' in detail. This book explains the benefits

of a vegetarian diet including weight loss, reduced cancer, reduced coronary heart disease and glucose control. Not to mention your

skin and nails look great! I love the explanation of the colored food however the author does recommend lots of grains, all of

which I can not eat. SO I would have to redo this whole diet to make it work for me. HA too much work!

So if you are looking for a quick guide into vegetarian eating I would get this, even if for the recipes alone! ‪#‎Promotion‬

For me, I had an undiagnosted hashimoto Hypothyroid and Gluten allergy- which includes all wheat. I couldn't fight any illness

and was always tired. Luckily I found a wonderful Dr. who immediately knew what the issue was and cut me off all wheat and grains and gluten.

Was I bummed yes absolutely but I wanted to find out how to feel better! She also tested my vitamin B level and found that it was severaly low.

So she began me on shots as well as daily supplements.

Are you tired of trying different protein powders only to be disappointed. Me Too! I was

If you follow me at all you know I love this company. They are so great to work with and their products do what they claim

I find that pretty amazing! I started using this cream right away. I can't say that I have huge issues yet in my neck area but I do

have the creases especially being a side sleeper, and sun damage. With the cream I could feel it tightening right away, I know

The author had recipes in these categories, Appetizers, Soups, Salads, Main Dishes, Desserts.

The recipes to me seemed very simplistic, but well written, with only a couple flaws. This book is suited mainly for vegetarians and had a lot of good veggie recipes. Also, he had a lot of dishes with tofu which is not something I enjoy eating so that took out pretty much the entire main dish section for me. And some of the main dishes seemed like appetizers to me. I am a big fan of salads and although there were no complicated salad dishes they all sounded yummy! Surprisingly I think the best recipes were in the appetizer section. In my opinion this is a great book for starting to understand this diet and having a few go to recipes.

Overall the book was good, it gave some good information and was an easy read. You can learn about clean eating and the benefits

of it. Some of the perks of clean eating aside from helping to realign your digestive system, it boosts you immune system, helps clear that foggy brain that usually comes from gluten issues, make your skin look better, and your hair shine and virtually stops all those tummy issues.

OK so I confess, I didn't succeed in full clean eating however I do not eat gluten or grains (allergy) and have tried to eat minimal processed foods.  I avoid GMOS and will get as clean as I can.  Again it is a life changing experiance, so take it one day at a time.

Once you get started and if you stick to it I can say the cravings do go away. I think the preservatives in foods are slowly poisoning us.  If you get a chance to get this book while it is still free it is worth a quick read!  

I had a chance to review another Garcinia product, this one came with a colon cleanse.  This company was amazing to work with and although I didn't lose any weight from these pills, the colon cleanse seemed to work the best.  However note that you can not take that more than once daily or you will have many other issues - if you know what I mean!

I had high hopes taking this supplement because of the many claims as listed below and reviews for this product.  I know I should not rely on a pill or believe in the fad that these claims work, but I am willing to give them a try.  That is the point of testing is it not?  The pills are not overly huge and don't have any taste so to speak.  After all they just go down the hatch.  As far as side effects go I am still on the fence.

My first round taking these supplements I ended up with the flu, and a house for of sick folks for a month.  So they did not work for me, and the second trial I had with these they didn't agree with me and gave me headaches.  That is not to say anyone else would have the same issue as me, and as a matter of fact most folks that  have tried these have had success.

That being said, I am eager to try these again, and see if it is just me or truely the supplements.  Mainly because my house has been cursed with illness this winter!  The best part is they stand behind their product and will give you a refund!  I have taken other similar supplements with success but 5 pounds lost then found.  

I am also Hypothyroid and Gluten intolerant so that may also by my issue.  If when I try these again I will repost the updates for sure!
